“We would give him 10 stars if we could. We worked with Rhett twice, and both experiences demonstrated his professionalism and genuine care for his clients. The first time, we were unable to move forward with purchasing our first home due to our financial situation and a seller who was unwilling to negotiate on the asking price. We were initially pre-approved for an amount lower than we hoped for, and Rhett was honest and transparent throughout the process. Rhett and our realtor even protected us from moving forward with an earnest money contract when a builder was trying to pressure us into acting too quickly. We believe this to be outside the scope of his work, and he still had our best interest at heart.
