About Scott Casida

I take pride in giving people clear, honest, and accurate advice, no matter what their situation. I won’t recommend anything to you that I wouldn’t do if I was in your situation. I believe in being totally upfront and treating people the right way. As a loan officer since 2013, I've helped hundreds of people purchase and refinance their homes. All of my clients say they like my cool, calm, and collected demeanor. I really like making a complicated loan seem quick, painless and easy. Combined with the technology and resources at NBKC Bank, I guarantee you will have a great experience if you put me to work for you.

Advice for New Home Buyers

Think about what your life will look like over the next 3-5 years. Life happens fast and most people stay in their first home for less than 5 years. Make sure your home will accommodate what you want your life to be like for the next few years.
