My advice for new home owners would be to do your research on lenders and read the reviews posted online. Many lenders will quote rates with very high costs to get you thinking they are the lowest when in all reality they are not.

My hobbies include watching my daughters compete in soccer and cheer, spending time in the kitchen cooking and taking in a baseball game on a sunny afternoon.
