“We worked with Mark at NBKC Bank on a conventional loan for a new construction purchase. Mark was transparent and straight forward when it came to explaining all the various details, took the time to answer any of our questions and address concerns. He was extremely responsive with responding to questions, often times responding right away or within the hour, and sometimes even late in the evening. We were given a tight deadline (~22 days) from our builder to close once the home was finished; Mark and his team closed the loan right on time. There were no surprises at closing as the total closing costs were generally close to what he estimated. Would highly recommend.”

Collegiate—Nebraska Cornhuskers, Professional—Chicago Cubs (Being a fan over 30+ years, I still can’t believe they actually won the World Series.)
What aspect of your job are you most passionate about?
Helping people achieve their dreams. It’s extremely rewarding assisting clients purchase a new home or putting them on the path to financial freedom.

Where did you grow up?
A small town just outside of Omaha, NE.
What are some of your hobbies?
Spending time with my family, anything sports related, and classic muscle cars.

I was my class spelling bee champion in middle school.
Before working at NBKC, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I grew up on a farm, so anything and everything related to that industry.
