Smooth and Easy Home Purchase
“Chad was on top of everything that needed to get done. He also spent time talking to me when I had questions. He worked off hours and tried his best throughout my application process. I would use him again. A couple of things that did come up too late in the process were that: 1. I wanted to title the deed as a trustee of a revocable living trust, but by the time that I saw how it was going to be titled it was too late to make changes while also making the closing date. 2. Once again I didn't realize until too late that I would have an escrow/impound account. Most people use them anyway, but I would have opted to not. I would have wanted to know earlier on what the details are with and without the impound account.”
