“I’ve researched many lenders and Jason McKinney is a standout. Jason is responsive, experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Jason helped me compare rates and fees of all the lenders I was considering. I originally selected a lender with a lower rate and quickly realized rates are not the most important factor in choosing a lender. The first lender changed the loan conditions 21 days before closing, raising the fees and down payment. We went back to Jason and he quickly took action to get our loan approved for closing. He made the process easy by specifying the documentation required and communicating with the insurance agent, builder, and title company to get all the required paperwork together. He delivered on the rates and fees discussed. (Fees were significantly lower than other lenders.) Jason took great care to make sure we were informed and copied on all steps/ communications.
