“Michael Thompson and I were introduced by the builder's real estate agent in December of 2023. The process of purchasing our new home in Virginia was done via Hawaii as that is where we were living at the time when he and I met by telephone. Michael was with us every step of the way. He was the only constant communication we had throughout the process. Michael continued to check in with the builder's real estate agent and kept me updated as to where in the process we were in the building of our new townhome. It was a lengthy, lengthy process, but Michael was exceptional in his communication.
