Six years and counting! We are proud to be recognized as one of Kansas City’s Best Places to Work for the sixth consecutive year by the Kansas City Business Journal.

According to the Business Journal, 48 companies were chosen out of hundreds of nominations to be named as Kansas City’s 2022 Best Places to Work. nbkc bank qualified in the large category of businesses with 251–500 local employees.

nbkc has been recognized as one of KC’s best workplaces every year since 2017 with the Business Journal citing its unmatched company culture, competitive vacation days, casual dress, fitness support, and flexible working options. In 2017, nbkc also upgraded its headquarters to create a more dynamic office experience with multiple game rooms on each floor and an on-site fitness center.

The rankings of the three top-scoring businesses in each category will be revealed on November 3, 2022, at an event celebrating the 48 honorees.
