What makes the nbkc Lending experience different than other banks?
The personal 1 on 1 relationship that we offer our customers throughout the process really sets us apart. A lot of banks talk about a personal touch but then outsource their credit approvals or underwriting to a regional office or someplace on the coast. Our process is 100% completed in-house with all the decision makers local. We have boots on the ground in the market that we serve. That has become a very rare thing!
What is your motto or personal mantra?
People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did but people will never forget how you made them feel.
What is your favorite sports team?
Lifelong Kansas Citian – Gooo Chiefs!
What is on your bucket list?
I want to do a weekend in San Francisco, then drive costal highway through the redwoods and up the Oregon coast.
Where did you grow up?
Born in Overland Park, attended Olathe public schools and College at Emporia State University.
What are some of your hobbies?
I love woodworking, boating, watching my girls do their activities, traveling, enjoying friends and backyard BBQ!
