We are a lean, tight-knit group, which reflects our Kansas City community bank identity. But we also have the sophistication, capabilities, and capacity of much larger institutions due to our focus on technology and efficiency.

What is your motto or personal mantra?
It’s either “Progress is better than perfection” or “Life begins outside your comfort zone."
What is your favorite sports team?
That’s easy. The Kansas City Chiefs and Mizzou Football and Basketball.
What is on your bucket list?
An elk archery hunt in Colorado with some great friends, and a two-week family trip to Europe.
What aspect of your job are you most passionate about?
Having the opportunity to help businesses navigate their financial situation and putting together financing that helps them thrive and grow.
Where did you grow up?
Jackson, MO (small town in southeast Missouri)
What are some of your hobbies?
I love staying active, working out, playing rec sports, and being outside any chance I get. I also love photography and videography too. BK (before kids) I spent a lot of free time hunting. Mostly archery. Once my boys get a little older, I’m sure we’ll be sharing some fun weekends in the woods.
