  • Utility Bill, Lease Agreement, Mortgage Statement, Credit Card Statement, Telephone Bill, or DMV Registration

The documents required for an application vary state by state depending on your entity type, so we’ll provide a list of required documents to process the account application. To apply, you must meet a few baseline requirements:

• The business must be located in the U.S.
• You’re a permanent resident of the U.S. or have legal status.
• Provide a valid mailing address within the U.S.
• Provide your Social Security Number.
